Immersive Armor for Skyrim Special Edition aims to drastically improve the variety of armors found in the world of skyrim. With the intention to not cause any conflict with any existing mods, this mod was created by Hothtrooper 44, one of the most experienced modders currently active in the field of skim mods. Immersive Armors has been used by millions of players world-wide, creating a strong following and huge popularity among the video game enthusiasts who love to play games using realism. Furthermore, the popularity of this mod is rapidly increasing, as evidenced by the fact that this mod for skyrim is already one of the most popular mods on the market, and has been for quite some time already.
Immersive Armor for skyrim is a mod which changes the appearance of most common armors found in skim. It was originally created as a sort of compatibility solution between two different popular armor mods. However, after using the armor, I wasn't really satisfied with it, so I started to look for ways to improve it. After a few hours of research and hours of testing, I managed to find what I needed. And I am sure you will also find something that you like after using it. All armors are fully customizable, they can be configured to a degree which will match the looks of any character (in my case, I'm playing a Nord) and also they come with a fully functioning menu that will allow you to change the settings on your armor very easily.
So, what is so special about Immersive Armor for skyrim? For one thing, it brings an entirely new light to the concept of armor in skyrim. The problem with most of the armors in skim is that they are either too bulky, skimpy, ugly looking or something else. With this mod, you won't have to worry about that anymore. It adds a whole new look to the concept of armors and it's a great mod if you are looking for a better game experience.
The Skyrim Immersive armor and weapons mod allows PS4 and Xbox One players to enhance the variety of armors available in Skyrim. There is a lore behind every item for a more immersive game play experience. Players can also add new sets and individual items to the game through the Immersive Armors/Weapons mod.
It might not be a big deal, but whether you're playing on the Oculus or the Vive, looking badass is half the fun of Skyrim. And if you're looking for more immersive gameplay, this is a must-have addition.
Despite how good gameplay can be in Skyrim VR, looks do matter after a while. So if you want to look at characters and locations that don't seem tailor-made for the Xbox 360, this updated texture mod is simply a basic requirement for an immersive gameplay experience.
While visuals are what usually get all the press in VR games, sound and music are equally important when creating an immersive gameplay experience -- especially if you want that experience to be worth the price of admission.
Grummkol was kind enough to upload some files that work with immersive armor swapper, please check the readme file for more info. its just for Skyrim SE though.
Also this is a copy of the message about it, I wanted to post it with the story I have in mind but I better just shared it. (I should just post the files patrons share right away but I for some reason think I should also post something else too lol, sorry about that).------------------------------So I uploaded all of the sets I have built to wench 2.0 naked/full clothed and bikini (bikini preset for bikini armors, naked for naked or topless, full clothed for everything else).
You will need to get the bodyslides for the appropriate armor packs for the shapedata files. This is listed in the yurianwench spreadsheet on which is which. The Armor /Clothes directory contains the built packs (to your presets and then textures paths updated to point to yuriana skins rather than default) for the different mods.
For a user (rather than someone who is building sets), they would just need to have the original mod, and immersive armor swapper plugin (I've also included the one I use) then download just those meshes for whatever mods they have installed. Some of the loverslabs stuff was a bit of a chore to link as there are fairly frequent updates on the ZaZ/DD stuff as posters add HDT-SMP and fix placeholder assets (then link it in a 50 page thread!) but should be up-to-date.
